Shakespeare is the key to understanding Trump, says Prof James Alexander. Trump is not system-politics, is not deep-state politics. Trump is court politics. And Shakespeare is our guide to the flamboyance of the court.

On June 2012, Mikel Jimenez, Xabier Sagardoi, Maider Caminos, Aritz Azkona and Luis Goñi appealed against the six years' sentence they have. Jimenez is still in jail, ant the others are free. Tried youngs have denied their crimes and ther have said that the process thery are in is an operation with "a political objective". They have also reported that tehy suffered tortures as incomunication and they have been blamed as Segi's and Ekin's movement participants.

Eleak movement has hinted that the court case was made possible thanks to an exception policy, which aims to criminalize ideas. Moreover, some international organizations have reported that Spain does not respect freedom of expression and ideology.

In relation to this, Eleak has extended the call to create "a network of popular solidarity" to protect five young. The movement has extended the invitation to participate in the popular gathering in favor of civil and political rights to be carried out in the neighborhood of Txantrea (Pamplona - Iruña) the evening of May 23 at 18:00. They will remember the form and role of the Herri Harresia (People´s Wall) to be organized later.

The latest political trials

Eleak recalled, on the other hand, recent political trials that have occurred in recent months in Navarre. First, in February judged four young, with indictments achieved through torture, accused of belonging to Segi. The sentence against Ernesto Prat was in April, also accused of belonging to Segi. In that month, they were sentenced to prison five young by teaching posters suppoting prisoners in the 2009 Korrika.

In the case of not being able to give direct practical support to the struggle of the Basques, the next best thing is to support the work of the Basque solidarity committees in Ireland. The DIBSC is a broad committee and open to anyone who supports the right of self-determination of the Basque people.
